is powder sugar and sugar the same what is the differents, other than that one is powder and the other is not

The difference is only in being powder and crystalline, two kinds of the same. Just like water and ice, they are the same water, one is liquid and the other is solid.

They are actually the same. Powdered sugar has been processed a bit more. In fact, if you are out of powdered sugar you can put granulated sugar in a blender or food processor and make powdered sugar from it.

There is no difference. All Powdered Sugar is is Granulated White Sugar ground into a powder Hence "POWDERED SUGAR" Hope this helps!!! :)

The only difference is that sugar disolve easily and for table use while powder sugar does not cause it mean purpose is for baking food where additional heat is required to melt the sugar.

They are the same, one is just ground up to a much finer consistancy. You can actually make powdered sugar with table sugar with a small coffee grinder. (Cleaned out of course!) Just place it in the grinder and grind until it is powder consistancy!

powdered sugar is not the same as granulated sugar. powdered sugar is granulated sugar which has been ground or powdered
into real fine grains. powder sugar is otherwise known as confectioner's sugar; it is dusted over pastries etc and used in icings

Powdered sugar is a much finer grind of white sugar. It dissolves faster so it tastes sweeter. It is used in frostings and in mixed drinks.
