Cats can be in heat anywhere from 3-4 days up to 10 days. Seven days is a good average. IF they stay in heat for long periods, they run the risk of pyometria. If gone untreated it will kill the cat.
Heat cycles can average from every 3-4 weeks up to once a year. No two cats are alike.
Because cats are easily impregnated, safe bet is...the first time coitus has occurred, she is most likely pregnant. You will know in about 3 weeks as signs start occurring about then.
If she is approaching the 1 year mark, chances are good she will have a safe pregnancy.
Please keep in mind, cats can become pregnant AGAIN almost immediately after delivery if exposed to a male.

Female cats are almost always in heat until they become pregnant. They first go into heat at about 6 months of age. The cycle last about 15-22 days and it reoccurs in 15-21 day intervals. They cycle every 3-4 weeks indefinately until they are spayed. Even after given birth they go back in heat 1-6 weeks after. You can not get a nursing mother spayed until she has stopped nursing. So it could be possible for her to get pregnant after giving birth. If you bring your cat to the vet asap, he possibly could spay her even if she did get pregnant. Their are millions of cats without homes that turn into feral cats or live their lifes on the streets. So please as soon as possible get your cat spayed. You can contact your local shelter or cat adoption agency to see if they have any programs that could help you.

As Suzi says, take her to the vet NOW (don't wait any longer than it takes to call them up and get her there) and have them spay her. Having kittens young can hurt her, and hurt the kittens too. Young mothers tend to abandon their young more often than older ones, and that would lead to the kittens starving.
If money is an issue, try calling around and see if they'll give you a discount based on your income, or some sort of payment plan, most places are willing to work things out since you obviously want to help your cat live a happy life.

TAKE YOUR CAT TO THE VETS.
Whilst there arrange a spay operation.
You may seriously screw up her health if she has kittens this young.
