My boyfriend just got a heartagram tattoo on his stomach, and we know he cant take the bandage off until 9 tonight, but how long after that can he safely lay on his stomach?

I would give it a day or 2 to start to heal,
it is after all just a wound, it may scab over and get stuck to sheets and blankets...that would be nasty...

it is going to leak for about 48 hours so keep the a&d ointment on it and covered in the plastic with body sensitive tap couse the area is a little tender

If it doesn't hurt he can do whatever he wants but don't let it dry too much or the ink can peel off

you can lay on it whenever you want, but it may be a little painful

its going to be tender, but its not going to cause a problem to do it immediately afterwards.
