It does! I've tried it, believe me. I went from a size XL to M. Six days of fasting, water therapy plus exercise.

none of those work. if u want to make ur stomach smaller then eating right and excircising is the ONLY way to lose wieght and still be healty. and fasting only makes u bigger 'cause ur body thinks that if its starving to death it should store more fat just in case. and when u do eat, it WILL store the fat, sugar, salt, etc. and liquid diets sometimes doesnt have enough nutrution ur body needs.

from what i read....yes. but i think it takes a while for that to happen. meaning you cant just fast for a day & then stuff yourself the next day b/c your stomach will then expand again. if you decide to go on a fast, its important to remain eating a small amt of food after its over if you dont want to stretch your stomach back out

it depends, if you do it for a few days, you will lose water weight. If you go longer you begin to lose muscle mass, as the body begins to basically consume itself to maintain its functions.

I have read that occasional fasting is ok, it's good for overall health, but really isn't that helpful for overall weight loss, or as you put, shrink your stomach- sorry

No. PLease don't fall for the fad diets out there. You and I know the only way to get fit is to do the work. And the work is eating healthy and excersizing hard-core. Celebs work out 5 times a week and watch thier appetites for crappy food. It's a boring life, but if you hate the flab, you gotta work to look fab.

Yes. It really does. Your stomach can atrophy from not being filled. So even if you just eat small amounts, your stomach will "shrink".

no. a liquid diet will make you gain weight until your body gets used to it and fasting will make you gain weight because your metabolism slows down and anything you might eat a little will stick to you. just exercise and eat 5 little tiny snacks a day
