I think I went to deep when I did my first clean up on the tile. because some spots have crack and some do not . Can I fix this with another cote or what do I have to do? $$$

you can dig out the cracking grout.

do it ASAP. the longer the grout cures, the harder this will be to do.

there is a special tool you can buy to do this. look at Home Depot, Lowes or Menards

then you can regrout the bad areas.

follow that grout package instructions to the letter.

Another cause is placing stress on the tile before the grout has set. You should stay off of it for at least 24 hours after you put the grout down.

I agree with the answer that you may have messed up the formula.

You probably used to much water in your group. That mix needs to be exactly made as per formula on bag. That is so much water to so much grout, no more, no less.

Lets assume your subfloor isnt giving way, then its the water.

you should add liquid acrylic for tile grout and for tile morter. remix some more and go over it again lightly with a sponge or even using your finger to rub it in will work.like this stuff
