I'm a girl and I have sholder lengh hair and I want a mohawk. But I don't want to cut my hair. Styling tips?

I would part the hair in three sections leaving the middle section alone this is the mowhawk part, tie back the other two and pin it around the back part of your hair . Then spike up the middle layer. or you can braid the other two reversed french braid that would look cute.use gelle and a blowdryer and have a good hair spray I like aussie stiff

Oh come on you are not serious. Forget the mohawk, it will make you look rediculous and you will be the brunt of jokes. Get your hair styled again, but maybe with some long layers and maybe some highlights and forget the mohawk...you are a girl not a Native American Indian.

You shouldn't get a mohawk. It will look horrible on you. Leave your poor hair alone. TRUST ME ON THIS.

Get a cute layered or angled haircut - much more stylish and normal!!

in the movie tomb raider Lara croft(the main character) has long hair but she puts it in a(tight on the sides and puffy on top) french braid and i kinda looks like a Mohawk
any ways if you french braided the side but used gel on the sides it would prob look like a Mohawk

braid the sides and a litte of the front into some cool design but braid it into the mohawk

use hair WAX not gel, i know a guy with a MAD tall mohawk and he uses styling wax. a good brand is bedhead.

my boyfriend used to spike his mohawk with Elmer's glue... it is water soluble and washes right out
