“Their” is a possessive pronoun like “her” or “our”.
ie. They eat their hamburgers with ketchup.
Sam and Casey love their books.
I have their clothes.

~~~
"There" is talking about a location
ie. The ball is right there.
Meet me there at noon.
There was a cat in the road.
~~~

"They're" is short for "They are"
ie. They're going to go swimming.
They're always home.
They're in class.

~~
as for "thier", it's a typo for "their."

1 and 4 are wrong. Their - possessive pronoun.
They're - contraction for "they are." Not they'er.
