I'm scared to eat anything that i don't know ingrediants of good like bread ,and meat every thing except fruit and veggies i also have fear to eat in afternoons.... i feel like i really can't correct it while being happy. i wish i could eat the way i am with out feeling like i'm sick. help any way i can help myself?

You need to see a psychiatrist or psychologist. Therapy or medication or both will help you get through this. Some of your therapy sessions might involve eating a sandwich in the afternoon. You can do it. Good luck.

I would talk to a psychiatrist. You might be overanxious and phobic, which might require counseling and/or medication. Good luck!

... you are way undermedicated ... you need to "up" the dosage ...
