One of the biggest mistakes people make is thinking more must be better. For one thing, your workout really is too long. For strength training, you shouldn't work out more than an hour.
Your reps are way too high for strength training, too, and essentially you're doing cardio now, and you won't get stronger because you're stimulating the wrong muscle fibers (slow twitch type 1 fibers).
So, what you need to do is 6-10 reps, 2-3 sets of each exercise. Focus on core lifts such as squats, bench and deadlifts. Concentrate on perfecting good for first before adding too much weight. Most schools will have a weight room of sorts so use what you have. If you can, find a decent gym, and get a personal trainer or at least an adult with some experience.

You need to get a book and read up on weightlifting. You can't just count on opinions from the retards on here. I've lifted for sixteen years, and I still learn new things. Do some research and find two or three good books. Trust me, there is a lot to know about weight training, and it is a lifetime investment. If I had one piece of advice, though, it would be this: form is far more important than weight. Be patient, and never sacrifice form. Only experts should be experimenting with such things.

I always go heavy . I do low reps like 5 to 6 That will get u strong as hell but dont over work it either . I try to do one muscle group a day and wait 4-5 days rest before i do it again. Make sure u do squats they get you strong all around . U have to spend alittle time in the gym but f it u want to get strong dont u

Don't do as many reps. You want to do low volume for example 4-6 reps per exercise. Low volume helps most with strength.
A good routine to do is Bill Star's 5x5 routine. If you do not understand why your oly doing a couple of exercises per workout, then don't do it.

If you are training for football, hang out with other guys doing the same. Spot eachother and try training intelligently.
I'd decrease your repititions and increase the volume of weight.
Try reading sites like www.t-nation.com to become a smart, well-conditioned athlete.
Don't forget doing plyometric drills and try being functionally strong...Football is technical, more than it is about brute strength.

Exercise your big body parts. Legs back shoulders and chest. Do squats, deadlifts and bench. Do compound movements. Leave the isolation exercises for when you have a good base to build on.
