I need to get into shape because im slightly overweight (well a little more) and i need to loose like 15/20 lbs espically in my abs and theighs (ya i cant spell whatever) is doing squats and crunches enough? how many should i do a day?? what type of eating plan should i follow ? i really want to loose this by my b-day in May or at least June for summer

I dont care what other ppl say because i have done it . I do pilates and I lost 13-15 lbs a month and it only takes 20 min a day. I eat right and exercise. I dont give up my chocolate just cut way down on my junk intake. I would suggest pilates it worked for me.

you wont lose that much by may. maybe by july or august. but you'd have to follow a restricted diet. no sweets, low carbs, low calories, low fat. about 1700 calories a day. you need to do at least 30-45mins of cardio (which is a tredmill or an eliptical) and maybe some strength training (crunches, sit ups. 50 of each to start with then slowly go up to 100 each and so on). make sure to stretch before and after exercising.

ok so u can run to loose some calories crunches will help for abs, drink a lot of water cut soda would not help, eat fuit , fiber etc.

if you want to lose in that short time try low cards and focus more on the crunches
