I am 13 years old, 5'4'' and 100 pounds. I am currently trying to lose about 10 pounds. This is what i do:

Breakfast- Oatmeal (about 140 calories) and Skim Milk (75 calories)
Snack- Granola Bar (100 calories)
Lunch- Sandwich and Fruit (300 calories)
Snack- 1 cup of blueberries w/ Splenda (80 calories)
Dinner- Salad with eggs, cheese, meat, a little bit of dressing and chicken breast (400 calories)
Desert- Blueberries w/ Splenda (80 calories)

Exercise- 1 hour of PE (running,exercise, stretches, etc.) and 100 crunches, 50 ups per leg, and 30 pushups at home

I've been doing all that everyday for like a month, and I havent lost a single pound. Not only am I exercising and eating healthy, but Im only 13 so I naturally burn calories too. I should be losing weight, you arent I?

Well the first thing you should know is muscle weighs more that fat so you have probably lost some fat and gained muscle so dont worry to much about the number on the scale but more about how your clothes are fitting you.

Because at 5'4" and 100 pounds, you don't have any weight to lose. You can't lose something that doesn't exist!!!

um. well first of all, 100 pounds at 5'4'' is underweight. you dont have any fat to actually be losing. stop worrying about it, you're 13 and you are in no way overweight

you're loosing weight, for the reason which you're gaining plenty muscle. it rather is a huge thank you to get in shape. Sounds to me which you're in great shape! in the experience that your hectic related to the curse. Its no longer a curse, its approximately kinfolk genes, and how your physique works. actual anybody's physique is distinctive. in case you're no longer loosing weight, attempt liquid diets? Or slicing out your chocolates and sodas and something with trans fat in them. :D desire this helped!

i really don't think u need 2 loose weight but if u really want 2 loose weight u could cut back on tha soda and drink more water.
also when u exersise u get musle, and ur musle weighes more than fat.

um your 100 lb lol, and you shouldnt be losing you should actually gain 10 lbs rather than lose 10
