It's great that you want to get active and walk on the treadmill, but 20-30 minutes two days a week isn't really going to do all that much. First question-your legs will get a bit more toned but probably nothing that noticeable.
Your stomach most likely won't get flat or be really effected. If you want toned abs, you're gunna have to do a lot of crunches, sit-ups, and things specifically for your abs. If you can't do a split already then walking on the treadmill isn't really going to do much for that either. Most people who are naturally flexible can do that, regardless of how much they walk. If you want your butt to get toned, do squats or hydrants.
If you want all of the results you listed, you are going to have to commit more than 2 days a week. Try to workout all targeted zones in your body at least 5 days a week if you want those results.

Normally walking can for sure lose a few hundreds calories if you include climbing stairs. Change to a higher inclination and you'll be able to work more on your hamstrings or the butt I don't think it'll work on your stomach that much... you will have to do some situps or crunches. You can also try the Elliptical, you can almost get a total body workout there.. I would do it at least 3 times a week.

2 days is nothing especially for only 20-30 minutes.
try 30 minutes on that, stretches, push ups (like 50) crunches (50), and follow a healthy diet. exercise 5 or 6 times a week.

It looks nasty for a girl to have abs, and too skinny is bad, i would just slim rocks.
But uh you will lose weigt, but 30 minutes 2 days a week....Um you would probably only lose.....half a pound? lol....
theres 3500 calories ina pound, your metabolism should take about 2000 calories a day off of you. but only that much, pshposh. 2 days would be like 600 calories at the max. do 4 days a week. at intervals. Monday do it, wensday do it, friday do it, sunday.
