I am so busy with my 5 kids (all under 8 years old!) and I hate exercising and dieting, life's too short! So I thought the only option for getting rid of my ugly cellulite was to book in with a set of weekly medical roller treatments. Job done.
However, they cost me a monstrous $3000 and, you guessed it, did absolutely nothing. I couldn't believe it. It left me thoroughly depressed.
I saw this info on the web and I gave it a go, what did I have to lose now! And, my god this is genius. Quick and easy. I feel so wonderful in my new, smooth, renewed figure! I am a yummy mummy now!

Squats, butt lifts, lunges and ham string exercises work best.
Also, you can check out Velasmooth, Endermologie and Mesotherapy.
Cellulite is caused by two things, 1) Fatty tissue and 2) Connective tissue.
The first can be taken care of primarily by diet and working out. Drink your fair share of water, don't eat too much and work out to maintain your metabolism.
The second is more problematic and gets worse as you age because collagen is not regenerated so the tissue becomes less elastic and of course most people gain weight as they age because of a less active life style and a drop in metabolism. This is where Velasmooth or mesotherapy come in handy.
The attached site has more info or you can call 888.517.4187 for a health club or someone who does the cellulite treatments.

Unfortunately, the only really effective means to get rid of cellulite is laser treatment. Preferably performed by a dermatologist, but is pretty pricey.
Retin-A is somewhat effective. Get to a dermatologist for a prescription strength formula.

I would add some weight training into you weekly exercise routine. Cellulite fades or is less noticeable when you are more toned in general.

I would try a homeopathic remedy such as dry brushing. I have started dry brushing and it is doing wonders.
I Know some people will say it will never work - that is why it is homepathic and many people do believe and see the results.
Good luck to you :)
