I would suggest you start reading some information concerning a healthy diet, and follow this to the best of your ability.

If your mother controls the food you eat, it may be of further assistance if you go shopping with her, and as you do so, you'll need to find deals on what you need, so that she can save money while buying you the food your body needs.

If that doesn't work, then I might suggest contacting Social services, there appears to be some deeper problem at work here, but I am hoping the first solution resolves it.

Since you dont need to lose weight you shouldnt do to much cardio, and you should stick to resistance training and free weights, as thin as you are the muscle tone should show very quickly. Good Luck!

Do Situps and pushups. Plus 6'1 and 115Lb is good but that is not a natural weight for a tall person

you just have to eat the right food...which has lots of nutritional value...veggies and a little carb so that you will have the energy to face your daily task..at the same time avoid junk foods....and the most important part....always sleep early to regain your strength....
