try eating a big lunch instead and having the salad for dinner. Let the lunch settle, then go work out.

sounds like ur doing the right thing but salad isnt enough for lunch...its better for you to have a big healthy breakfast and a medium size lunch with veg/salad and perhaps some white meat (protiens) and have a light dinner thats before 7pm....try to exercise before you eat so your metabolism is goin at a faster rate. Also what helps is plenty of water 8 glasses of water a day...its true that its makes you go washroom a lot but once your body is used to the water intake it will stop flushing out and stabilise.

Everyone body is of course different. So the advice I have for you, is to excercise. People eyes are usually bigger then there tummy. These are the ones that fail there diet. It is all about the calories you take in, in one day. If you love soda, you have to commit to not drinking it. It could add fat as well. You can't eat and do only 30 min. of cardio a day. You have to commit and do more then that. If you really want it, then show it girl. Work those muscles.

Hi cut out bad carbs such as cakes choccies biscuits, also white bread and potatoes, stick to fish, chicken with lots of salad or vegetables, porridge made with water for breakfast and the weight drops off you can also have red wine every day super!!!

Lift heavier weights. Skip the cardio.
It takes about 90-120 minutes of real cardio to have an affect.

hey when you eat salad you are not burning fat you are just not getting fat so if
you just eat salad you wony lose any weight but is you did that with a 1 hour exercise
then you can lose a lot weight
