I've seen a Pastor on T.V.--Rod Parsley--who is bringing the issue to light and asking people to donate money so that he can buy and free some of the slaves. The Muslims of Sudan are so violent. On Breakthrough(the name of the t.v. ministry) they had a Sudanese survivor giving his testimony.
As far as God, I anxiously await His return. Not only for my sake, but for the sake for the innocent, tortured and mistreated. Come Lord Jesus, come.

I think God's people are.
I know of 4 missionaries in Darfur right now actually. Their hospital has been bombed or raided 17 times... in a year.
