I have the same thing. Cut down off caffeine, apply a warm compress to the eye - per the doctor I saw. I also take, and it does work,a homeopathic remedy by BORON called Physostigma Ven 6c. If you have a homeopathic pharmacy in your town they'll sell it. The doctor also thought I might need a stronger eye prescription which I declined. An eye twitch can occur if the eye is overworking. If none of the above work, have your eyes tested. Hope this information helps.

Really? I find them entertaining in a way. I get the occassional twitch in the corner of my mouth too.
A nice hard slap in the face would probably fix the twitch. Or cutting back on the caffeine.
