umm maybe try for adding cucumber to a salad with dressing lettuce carrots broccoli and a ranch french thousand island dressing or italian or ceasar try for light or fat free
try for a cup of yogurt with granola 1/3 cup or peanuts 1/4 cup to an ounce
try to add the eggs to turkey sausage or ham or turkey chunks and some hash browns or potatos seasoned not alot
add chicken breast grill it in a formen grill or bake and add to mac and cheese llight or add to a large salad or to a sandwich with whole wheat bread lettuce tomato and dijon or honey mustard

well, i think u should eat a little more like a lunch!!! was your lunch a cucumber? that is not a very healthy lunch! ok for lunch i'd try grilled cheese with tomatoe soup! add that and take out cucumber and it will be fine!!
