I'd say it's got to be a woman doing her makeup and on the cellphone, all at the same time, while driving at 70-90 mph...what do you say?

I've actually witnessed a woman do this..I was in the "slow" lane she was overtaking me, her front visor mirror was down, she was fixing hair and makeup with both hands and steering with her knees up against the wheel.

After 3 years in the military I would have to say Airborne Soldiers. We are trained to kill any living thing quickly and proffesionally, we'd steal your girlfriend in the process. If anyone wants to enlist let me know :).
