For lent I cant have anything sweet, candy or pop for 40 days. I would like to know what's the best way to add some sugar into the daily diet without considering sweets (candy) or pop. what foods can i take that are not sweet but that my body has some sugar?

Try finding some stevia, natural sweetener and good for you. You can find it in your natural food or organic section in most stores. Look in your natural health food stores or co-op too.
