youn can get that effect by washing ur hair frist wait like 3 minutes so not too much water is in ur hair brush ur hair then take a lot of mousee (u can use the herbal essences mousse or dove mousse for curly hair) put like a lot of mousse in ur hair then just cover ur hair with mousse after take ur finger and then roll ur hir iaournd ur finger or u can also u curlers or just tke both of ur hand and just like smoosh ur hair then use a little gel and then apply a little water and and then blow dry (u dont have to blow dry it if u dont want to) then just use lilttle moremousee and u'lll get that wet effect just make sure ur using a lot of mousse

uh..... use hair grease for people of color. If that does not work use Garnier Fructis Wet Shine Gel or use Garnier Fructis Water Based Shine Wax.

not gel it maks it hard and wierd. But use like a oil maybee like a strightening oil and it made my dry frizzy hair look wet for llike days.
