I found a digital camera that contains around 300 pictures. The pictures are of a group of friends mostly, but I understand that a camera belongs to a particular girl, who, judging from the pictures, has quite interesting life: lots of friends, different places, lots of fun - things that I personally lack. My question is: can I post the pictures online, lets say in the blog? or would it be an invation of privacy if the owner will see the pictures? Thanks

It would be an invasion of privacy under federal court laws. Plus think about if you were the person in the pictures. Would you want your life posted all around the world for everyone to see. It is best to return the camera to the person or place you found it.

Dont post them. It would be a total invasion of privacy. You should try and find out who the people are in the pics, and give the girl back her camera. If she's hot though, send me some pics.
Why were you going to post them anyway? You were gonna make believe the pictures were of you and your friends since you dont have any friends or a life of your own? yea, I've done that.

I think you know the answer to this question before you asked it! Of course, it's an invasion of privacy! If you lost a camera full of personal pictures, you probably wouldn't like it if the finder posted them on-line!

Post a message on Craigslist, for your city, that you found a camera with pictures.

Someone found an iPod and posted a message on Craigslist.

Good luck locating the owner.

Eat a ton, and then when it’s time go to the bathroom, make a big one take a picture of it with the camera. then find the owner and give the camera back with the bonus pic.
