How do you get a video from limewire into the amv converter?

I used the limewire help but it hasn't worked for me. When i find the limewire folder I don't get access to open the file I want in the amv converter.

Okay, Have you totally downloaded the video?
IF so, that should be on your computer somewhere.
Mine go into a "Downloads" folder

But then, you can not get access to the file? How is that? Does it state that your file is locked? What is the technics of this "No Access"?

AS for this AMV converter you are talking about, I have no idea what that is. Apparently its a Mp4 player thing or something?
