All I can say is that maybe after hanging out he realized that you might want to have an actual relationship and since he mentioned that you might have self esteem issues, its a red flag for him because if he were to continue flirting with you, with no intention to commit, you'd take it as total rejection and go do something stupid?
From personal experience, most online dudes just want to meet up , get some play if anything, and leave it at that. Do you ever wonder why it took 6 months to finally meet? Maybe he just wanted something really light, someone to keep him company withou tthe commitment. I say drop him like a bad habit. You're barking up the wrong tree if he just wants to be friends.

So, either he didn't think you were hot enough, or thought you were too desperate. Or, maybe he has another girl on the side, was trying to decide who he liked better, and chose her.

Or maybe you photograph well, but in person look waaaay different than what he expected.

At any rate, you need to move on and find someone who will like you for you. If he thinks you have self esteem issues, maybe you need to take a step back and re-evaluate yourself. Are you shy, quiet, needy, use self-deprecating humor, socially akward? If not, then forget the loser and stand proud. Don't pay him a second thought.

do not undertaking appropriate to the age hollow. 15 years isn't something in recent times. i'm 39. and that i does not rule out a 25-3 hundred and sixty 5 days-previous! He sounds like he nevertheless has some own subject concerns that he's dealing with. How some time past became his divorce? Did he inform you something approximately it? became it messy? Did his ex cheat on him? It fairly sounds like he has rigidity approximately risking to care approximately somebody returned, and that comes out as jealousy and preserving you at a distance. it fairly is, he would not desire to danger getting harm returned. The jealousy is additionally defined by potential of abandonment subject concerns. He in basic terms might want so lots extra time to heal and recover from the divorce until now he can danger getting harm returned. that's a rollercoaster of emotion for him, that's why it style of feels high-quality sooner or later/week/month yet not the subsequent. How long his restoration would be, who knows of?

Uh, maybe you do have self esteem issues? I don't care how physically attractive you are, low self esteem is a turn off for most people.

just his way of saying that he wanted to get lucky, but you didn't go all the way that night (remember you did flirt with him). There was no chemistry. so now he's looking for someone else to talk online with.
