She was talking woth a friend and when the guy walked by he bumped into her accdently and she turned around and spilled punch or something on him. There's alot of people around. and punch, too.

The girl is frustrated because none of the guys she's into are paying attention to her. She goes to the bar (this party is at a club), where the guy, who has been eyeing her for a while (she hasn't noticed him yet), is wondering how to approach her.
