My best answer for this question is.. You don't tell him, that just ruins the moment. If this guy likes you and wants to kiss you he will. Just move in and kiss him.. You can tell by his response if he likes you or not. Either he will kiss back and smile or he will be weirded out. Good luck! Remember, don't say anything.. just do it.
