Better over-dressed than under-dressed.

A nice pants suit would do fine.

I agree with Honey. It's easier to "dress down" a dressy look than it is to smarten up too casual wear. Wear a pants suit or dressy pants with a tailored shirt and jacket. You can always take off the jacket and roll up your sleeves!
