Hmmm. try going to commence, settings, administration panel, upload or remove classes, and take a inspect to locate some thing that appears like it. If its no longer there both its secret agent ware and pay interest to the first guy, or in simple terms play round in internet recommendations.

You might be referring to a "bandwidth monitor", which monitors your local daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly upload and download rates, as opposed to a "bandwidth speed test."
