First of all the ultimate requirement for someone who wants to go into heaven is to Love God for this is the great commandment "Mat 22:36 Master, which is the great commandment in the law?
Mat 22:37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
Mat 22:38 This is the first and great commandment.
And by Loving God you will also do this "1Jo 5:3 For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous".

Because following God commandments show that we really love God.

Ecclesiastes 12:13 This is the end of the matter; all hath been heard: fear God, and keep his commandments; for this is the whole duty of man.

This is the whole duty of man, and by following Him you will never be mislead.
Love God = Following His commandments = The Heaven
these three is symbiotic to each other.

Jesus is the most important figure in all of human history. He is God in flesh (John 1:1,14; Col. 2:9), physically risen from the dead, Lord (Luke 24:34; John 2:19-21) and Savior (Acts 5:30-32). He came to die for sinners (Rom. 5:8) to remove the separation between God and sinners and to remove the wrath of God upon us.
I ask you, are you a sinner? Have you ever lied, stolen, lusted, coveted, or been angry with someone unjustly? Have you ever offended God in any way? If so, then you have sinned. Your sin is against God because you have broken His law. Also, because He is infinite, your offense to Him is infinite. You are not capable of appeasing an infinite God because you are a sinner. Nothing you can do can undo the damage caused by your sins.
The Bible says that all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God (Rom. 3:23). That means that your sins have caused a separation between you and God (Isaiah 59:2) and the result is death (Rom. 6:23) and wrath (Eph. 2:3). The only way out, is to be saved by faith in Christ (Eph. 2:8-9; Rom. 5:1). You must trust in what Jesus did on the cross to forgive you of your sins and not trust anything else, not even your own sincerity or works.
Jesus is the one who died for the sins of the world (1 John 2:2). He is the only way to the God the Father (John 14;6). He alone reveals God (Matt. 11:27). He has all authority in heaven and earth (Matt. 28:18). It is only through Him that you can be saved from God's wrath (Eph. 2:3). He can forgive you of your sin (Luke 5:20; Matt. 9:2). He can remove the guilt that is upon your soul. Jesus can set you free from the bondage of sin that blinds your eyes, weakens your soul, and brings you to despair. He can do this because He bore sin in His body on the cross (1 Peter. 2:24) that those who trust in Him would be saved.
Jesus is the One you need.
If you are not a Christian, and want to be delivered from the consequence of your sin, which is damnation, then come to the One who loves you. Come to the One who died for sinners (Matt. 11:28). Turn from your sins. Believe in Jesus. Receive Jesus, who is God in flesh, who died and rose from the dead (1 Cor. 15:1-4) as your Lord and Savior (John 1:12). Ask Jesus to forgive you, to come into your heart, and to wash you clean from your sins. Pray to Jesus. Seek Him. Ask Him to save you.
He will.

Dear deadzone, there is But one way to enter heaven. let me explain by asking you a few questions..........

Have you ever lied, stolen, lusted, coveted, or been angry with someone unjustly? If so, then you have broken the Law of God. God has said "You shall not steal; You shall not lie; You shall have no other gods before Me; You shall not murder, lust, covet ect. These comandemts are a reflection of a Oly God, when we break these commandemts we offend Gods nature and Holiness and he wil not overlook our sins. Infact e has been a wittness to everything we have ever done. The penalty for sin is hell. the great news is that Christ died for us, we broke the law but Jesus paid our fine. now god commands men everythwere to repent (turn from sin) and trut in christ and be saved. God will require a account from everyone of s, will you be ready? my earnest prayer is that you will be. repent (turn from sin) and trust in Christ, thats the formula for salvation.
God bless

Whosoever believes on Jesus Christ shall not perish but have everlasting life.

John 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life.

Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth and the life and no man comes unto the Father except by Me." John 14:6

That one requirement is BELIEVING IN JESUS CHRIST.

Perfection - That is, have never sinned once in your life.

Now, you may say, that this is an impossibility, and I would agree. This is why we needed a Savior, for "all have sinned and come short of the glory of God". That is the Gospel, the eternal "loophole" for the perfection requirement.

Now, you can try to earn your salvation with good works, or keeping the law. But such attempts to God are as "filthy rags". So instead, we come to Christ for the remission of sins, and we are "justified", which means just-if-I'd-never-sinned. So, legally, before God, I am pronounced innocent by way of the blood of Christ. All you need do is ask for His forgiveness.

The one requirement is follow through on what matthiasmedia teaches in its 2wtl presentation.

Recognize God as your Creator.
Recognize that you have rebelled aganst your Creator and that is called sin.
Recognize that you will be punished for your sinful rebellion.
Recognize that God loves you and has provided a sacrificial payment for your punishment.
Recognize that Jesus Christ is the One and Only sacrificial payment in full for your sins.
Rely on Jesus' death and resurrection as payment foryour sins by repenting of your sins.
Choose to submit to Jesus Christ as your ruler who has commanded you to follow Him in the waters of baptism by immersion and to go into all the world and tell others of this good news of redemption and reconciliation to God, the Creator, through the sacrificial death and resurrection of himself (Jesus Christ).

This means that following Jesus Christ is not a religion but rather a restored relationship to Almighty God, the Creator.

Most of these are good answers, but the only reason we are separated from God is because of sin. So the answer to your question is perfection is required for entry to heaven. Hence the reason why Jesus came and died. He died for our imperfections or sins.

Romans 10:8-9 If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead you shall be saved (from eternal hell - death and torment).

1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins (to God) God is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleans us from all past sins.

Repentance. Jesus said, "unless you repent you will all likewise perish" (Luke 13:5). It is not enough to believe in Jesus, for "even the demons believe" (James 2:19).

To first believe that Jesus Christ died for your sins, to ask him to forgive you of all your sins and invite him into your heart. You need to try to live like a Christian, noone expects perfectness, but just to try and live like Jesus. To be the person God created you to be. once you make this decision, you will hopefully go to church, pray and read God's word, that is your guide to life according to God.
