okay well this boy today said that i was dressed like a sexy skank. i don't even see how i was dressed skanky cause nothing was even showing or anything. im only in 7th grade. what does it really mean to dress skanky? is it a bad thing? thanx.

That is, "dressed as a skunk", meaning donning dresses that looks like or have "skunk - like" appearance. (flurry tail, etc). It is good if you look good in the skunk attire, but bad if the dress does not suit you.
