Sponsering my sister like my mom did with my other sister long ago, is not possible. For now my sister in Ecuador is 34 and too old to be claimed by her mother.

Some people will not get a visa to visit no matter how many times they try. If the consulate thinks they will stay, the visa will be denied. It is often based on the age of the person or the fact that they have immediate family in the US. That means the person is more likely to get a job and never leave. Elderly relatives are more likely to get a visa because they usually want to go back home after their visit. Sorry, but it probably will not happen.

having a tourist visa this days is difficult like going in a hole of a pin. having denied 3 times by the embassy is quite crucial. The best way is to let your mom file a petition for them but it might take years to be approved.

If you'll ask me ill go try again at the embassy. try again to have a tourist visa.

Forget it. She got denied 3 times, there is nothing you can do about it. Just visit her in Ecuador.

More relatives in US = Greater risk of denial. Thats the way it is.
