what can i possible do i've tried most of the face treatment & it doesn't work and plus they come up too when i see my period why

see a dermatologist. I tried proactive. most definetly didn't work. It really depends on your life style, your skin type and in general you.

I use this gals soap , I wash my face three times a day with it. Doesn't matter what soap, its all has the same ingredients, just different scents.
I use her shea body butter on my face. It is 100% Refined shea and doesn't break my skin out. I love it and my acne is a lot better, hardly any break outs and I just switched from ProActive, which didn't work for me!

Your menstrual cycles got your hormones going wild, which can trigger acne. Sometimes doctors will put a gal on birth control pills to control hormones which often in turn reduces acne flare ups. You should see a Dermatologist, especially if products you've been using aren't working. If it's all over your forehead it could be due to hair products you've been using or maybe hats you've been wearing. When you buy cleaning and moisturizing products, make sure they're NON-COMEDOGENIC (won't clog pores) because many of them do.

I agree proactive does work, but
you can do other things instead... like drink plenty of water,
eat fruits, exercise. Make sure you wash your face in the morning and at night.

get proactive, it cost kinda alot but it deffinetly works. im 17 and i use it, it deff works. also go to ur doctor ( if it is really bad) and get an antibiotic, it will kill the bacteria that casues acne.

u can get proactive or another type of skin care item tht cures those stuff i see them everywhere
