A woman was pursued by Nazis in Germany. She wanted to escape by crossing a bridge towards Swiss. It took 5 minutes crossing the bridge, no matter what. There was a guard tower in the middle. A guard came out every three minutes. If he caught someone crossing the bridge from the German side, the person gets shot. If he catches someone from the Swiss side without papers, that person gets sent back to Swiss. How does the woman cross?

Walks for 2 3/4 minutes to just beyond the middle of the bridge, turns around, and walks back towards the tower. Guard comes out as she approaches the tower and she gets sent back towards Switzerland

(Takes 2 mins 30 to get to middle, 15 secs walking towards Switzerland, 15 secs walking towards tower)

she pulls out her fluffy pink flying slippers and flies to the Swiss side or she could just go under the bridge but thats not as much fun as flying fluffy pink slippers.
