He still has to sleep with a diaper on, beacuse he says " mommy , I don't feel I'm going to pee when I'm sleeping" and i really don't know what to do, besides he pees like four or five times during the night, because in the morning the diaper is soaking wet! Any advice?

The above sounds like a good idea.

Other suggestions:
1. Set an alarm that's easy for him to operate (a kid alarm) that has two settings (so it'll go off twice in the night). Tell him when the alarm goes off he needs to go potty. Eventually his body will set itself to do that naturally.
2. No water before bed
3. Put up nightlights in hallway and bathroom (if you don't have them already). He may be too scared to go and not want to say.

Just went through this with my 3 1/2 year olds and saw a story on the news about it too. I succeeded teaching my twins to stay dry at night by putting a diaper on them OVER their underwear. So, accidents on the bed sheets were avoided, but they could still feel the wetness. They got kudos in the morning if they kept their underwear dry. I also really restrict their fluids after dinner time and do a potty check RIGHT before bed.

The news story said to make sure your kid is using the toilet every 2-3 hours during the day. That way they eliminate more during the day and won't have to as much at night. They also recommend restricting fluids 2-3 hours before bedtime.
