What did you do to it?! Lol.
A bruise can appear anywhere on your skin, so it is possible to get a bruise there if it has received some trauma. Just leave it, if it hasn't gone in a week, see a doctor.

Anywhere there are blood vessels, you can have a bruise. If it is a normal bruise, it will go away without any trouble.
