That's a good question. Certainly, the converse is true. An elderly person with impaired vision, for example, may have more difficulty caring for their teeth, i.e., daily brushing and flossing and driving to the dentist's office for bi-yearly cleanings.

The body is a whole entity, so yes, it would be possible for teeth, depending on their condition, alignment, etc., to effect one's vision

Yes if you bite down on the wrong objects the following events could cause your vision to black out for a while so be careful what you put in your mouth!!

I think i know what you are trying to ask. If you ever have an infection on the maxilla (which is the upper jaw), it can most definitely affect your vision.
