I regulary have to wake up in the early hours of the morning, i often have a coffee and a cigarette, which i always thought is the best way to help stay awake, apart from RedBull- Am i right?...

I work in the fitness industry and out manuals say that one apple has enough natural sugars in it to wake you up more efficiently and naturally than coffee. Plus they taste better and are better for you! Also, include (about 30 minutes) of exercise into your routine and you'll sleep better and wake up more refreshed.

Have someone dump a bucket of ice water on you every time they think you're about to fade away. Oh and pinch yourself so you can feel pain. Maybe...... you could try having someone kick you in the balls if you even think of falling asleep. THAT.....will keep you awake forever.

not really idg(I don't get) you question and the best way to stay awake its like a litter of volt because my friend did that and he didn't sleep till 5 in the morning

just put some water in your eyes.thats the best aid or drink a lott of coffee

lots of caffine helps mi stay awake i drink lots of coffee but if ur short dont drink it cuz it can stunt ur growth

Go to bed early.
Take a multivitamin each day.
Eat your veggies and fruits.
Learn ways to relieve stress.

coffee and pinching yourself. also add a side of black coke.( that mixture of coffee and coke a cola)
