A lot of brewpubs and smaller breweries have such vehicles. Visit http://www.pubcrawler.com to find all the breweries in your area and start calling them.

I know the kind you are talking about, I have seen them at German beer festivals and fairs. If you have time to I would go to any of the local fairs before hand and speak to the beer vendors there. Or contact your local beer distributor and see if they can help you out. Your local distributor is pretty much the best place to go since most of your town's beer comes from there and if they don't have them, they should know who does.
Can I come, lol! Good luck!

Is there a brewpub or microbrewery in town? Sometimes they use those for catering. Go to your local brewpub and ask, then at least if the answer is "no", you can have a beer.

Check with Bars that do large events as to who they use. Chances are the local distributor like Budweiser will have something like this, but the price might be steep.
