Drink loads of water. Arbonne has a great acne product called Arbonne Clear Advantage. It's all natural, no harsh chemicals, and not tested on animals. It was tested on humans.

i have angry skin.
when i was younger.. i used to use the clean and clear purple tube with "microscrubbers". it says the word microscrubbers on the label. its harsh stuff, but it kept it under control, just get a good moituizer..
as im getting older (im 22 now, still pretty angry skin) ive been told that alot of my breakouts were caused by my acne medicated facewashes just being too agressive.. turns out my oily ance prone skin was really really sensitive and it just didnt know what else to do. So, on the advice of the gal giving me a facial at a spa, i switched to the Aveeno fragrence free calming foaming face wash. and wow! much less redness, and rarely any breakouts.. still get some of those little pimples when i wake up and my face is oily that go away as soon as you wash your face, but its been great!
switching makeup can make a big difference too.

Any product with FRESH Vitamin E will significantly reduce the redness caused by acne overnight. I emphasize FRESH because it looses its effectiveness when exposed to air. The only product I know of is MaryKay night solution has beads of Vitamin E suspended in a gel. If you can't get that, you can try getting Vitamin E gel capsules, poke them with a pin to squeeze out the gel. Put that on your face.
But number one...DON'T PICK AT YOUR FACE. When I used to have bad acne, that was my worst habit and the very worst thing you can do to your skin.

Apply aloe vera gel before going to bed. Then don't think of getting rid of acne fast, because it takes a while to clean out your body. In general, you have to attack acne where it starts, with your diet. For me, diet was the cause and solution. Topical medications fight the symptoms. Start by eliminating trans fats and eating more fruits and vegetables. Once you start cleaning up the inside of your body, by eating properly, the outside of your body (your skin) will be get cleaned up too. I started a website to document my problem and solution.

You might find it helpful to read my story. Just remember to eat an all natural/organic diet with lots of fruits and vegetables. Stay away from processed foods. Use mild, all natural cleansers and don't pick at your face. Get lots of sleep and enough water for your body weight. Remember, clean body = clean skin. While you're waiting for your skin to clear, remind yourself that acne is a challenge that you will overcome soon. Once you're rid of it, tell all your friends how you did it. That's what I'm doing. God Bless.

It depends on the type of skin you have. If it is just acne and not just oily skin you can use Clearskin by Avon. If you have oily and open pores Trueporefection by Avon is good also. Go to shop on this site and search for this same information.

Murad skin care products work really well and you will have results quite quickly.
Don't use proactive- it will temporally stop the acne but it damages your skin at the cellular level causing premature wrinkles.
