The color of a car does not dictate the price of the car. What will make a difference is in the options package and/or engine.

I would use a currency converter online to figure out the price in Australia.

I have been in love with the Volkswagen New Beetle when they first came back, 1998 and I am STILL in love!! (I'm also 21) However, the color of the car isn't going to change the price of the car. Automatic, Standard, Package 1, Package 2 are going to determine the prices. In US prices a 2007 new beetle is around $20,000. and for a 2007 new beetle convertible is about $26,000.
Sorry I can't answer you in Australian dollars, I have no clue how to convert.
But trust me, when you get a beetle, you will absolutely love it! I had a 2001 Beetle, and I now have a 2007 Beetle Convertible!! I LOVE these cars, they are reliable, cute, and affordable!
Good luck searching for your beetle!
and enjoy:)

I love the new Beetle too, infact I have a 2001 1.8T. In australian dollars you are looking at about 27,000 (I used a currency converter, so hopefully its correct. There about 20,000 here in the US.
