The majority of people know that there was a conspiracy, but many will try to keep the truth away from you.

The following tactics are used to quiet anyone who attempts to expose any of your subversive acts about 9/11:
(when the 9/11 conspiracy is mentioned)
1. First, you ignore the charges, hoping the information will not be given widespread distribution.
2. If the information starts reaching too many people, you ridicule the information and the person giving the information. (For example: joke about being part of the conspiray, resort to name-calling.)
3. If that doesn't work, your next step is character assassination. If the author or speaker hasn't been involved in sufficient scandal, you are adept at fabricating a scandal against the person or persons.
4. If none of these are effective, you are known to resort to physical attacks.

Provide some real, factual information to support your theory, and maybe people would take you seriously. The biggest problem I have with all conspiracy theorists regarding 911 is that they never, ever support their theories with any logic or fact.
See link below to get an idea of how easy it is to factually dismiss all of the major 911 conspiracy theories.

Look, these people who believe in the conspiracy use the same tactics. They ignore vital facts as to why the conspiracy is highly unlikely. They downplay official reports of the 9/11 incidents as part of the conspiracy (such as the 9/11 Commission Report)... an easy way to get out of having a real reponse to the arguement. The problem with those who believe in the conspircacy (generally) is that they made up their mind and THEN tried to find information supporting their opinion. This is why people who are logical and reasonable can look beyond their unfounded arguements and make an educated decision as to what they believe. Also, these people can't seem to accept the fact that they may be wrong. They have a theory, and it really isn't backed by anything substantial. It is based on a lot of "what ifs" and such. In reality the odds that this was a conspiracy by the American government is probably less than your odds at winning your state lottery.

the majority do not think there was a conspiracy.... that is lie number one....

1----the charges are often ignored because they do not hold up to scrutiny. i have seen several attempts to "prove" the conspiracy based on so-called science.... as an engineer, the faults in the logic are glaring. i have yet to see a claim that even sounds plausible. every conspiracy theory starts with the assumption there was one, and selectively distorts facts to support that claim. an objective view of the facts supports the common view.

2&3--- say almost the same thing.... the people putting the theories forward are riddiculed not just because they are trying to reveal the truth.... but because they are idiots.... every attempt to use science demonstrates a lack of understanding.... noone using engineering as an argument has a degree in the field.... look close enough, and you will see almost every major attempt to prove a conspiracy is being put out by someone trying to sell a book..... these are not true specialists, they are con-men.

4--- final lie.... those that are not selling books, are hiding behind the annonimity of the internet.... even those selling books are mostly doing it here..... to suggest physical violence is a joke.... or, were you thinking you would get punched for asking this question? how would that work?.

The Best Tactic of all: Getting a bunch of whackos to believe there was a 911 cover up inside job conspiracy.

Dissemination of misinformation and use of non-logical thought processes to confuse the masses and create a general cloud of mistrust. Special emphasis is placed on those whose intellects are stunted and show a tendency towards paranoia.

Tactics to create 9/11 conspiracy
The majority of people know that there wasn't a gov conspiracy, but many will try to sell more conspiracy media and literature.

The following tactics are used to make mountain out of a mole:

1. Taking short phrases, sentences out of context. Completely changing its meaning.

BBC article titled " Hijack 'suspects' alive and well " is really about case of mistaken identity due to stolen/misplaced ID. Because criminals do steal IDs. Surprise! But 911 theorists just take the title and do not even read what the article is about.
http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/middle_east/1559151.stm
There is reason the title put quotation mark around 'suspects' in Hijack 'suspects' alive and well.

Rumsfeld gave a quick talk in which he says,
"...people who did the bombing in Spain or people who attacked the US and NY and shot down a plane over Pennsylvania, attacked Pentagon..." (Donald Rumsfeld)
He talks about terrorists who attacked Spain and the US but accidently says terrorists shot down flight 93. And this is widely used to claim the US shot down flight 93.

Most famously, Larry Silverstein who told he made decision to 'pull' people out of WTC7.

So here is guy, who is not a demolition expert but people claim he used demolition insider's jargon to admitting to blowing up his own building on nationally broadcast TV interview. Not so 'inside job' it is eh?

Numerous people used the term 'pull' on that day to describe evacuation of recuers. I suppose everyone was running around telling secret 'inside job' every where on 911.

2. Internet is filled with 9/11 conspiracy websites, videos, blogs, C-Span which is seen by millions showed 911 'inside job' convention meeting (they ran reruns of it), Alex Jones have radio show, sell 911 'inside job' videos, documentaries

Google, Yahoo, government and others who are accused of hiding facts work together to bring you services that help to spread 9/11 conspiracy theories.

But they all claim free speech is dying. Is it just me or these guys nuts?

Try googling China, human rights, civil liberties.

Conspiracy proponents accuse normal people of being ignorant, blind to facts, 'even sixth graders knows physics!', 'you don't understand fact, laws of physics', 'not open minded'...etc

3. Let's see. 9/11 conspiracy people do post stuff like so and so is 'lying scum bag' (refering to popular sci authors) and more graphic stuff to describe who dispute 9/11 'inside job.'

Who is 'you'?

So every facts you agree to is fact, but other information that dispute your position is labeled 'fabrication' and 'attack.'

4. So who got beat up? I've only seen people play around on internet. I would personally sign a petition for a hate crime if someone got beat up for talking about 911 conspiracy and if petition is started.

Link to news articles or blogs if someone was seriously hurt for talking about 911 conspiracy.

Or is that another phony claim?
