In general what I would recommend is let time pass find other things to do, change your focus for a bit -- don't call her she has to call you -- and when and if she calls you listen to what she has to say if she doesn't bring up the relationship you don't either and then now you have to let go. And if she does not call at all the this is easy -- she already has someone else. Sorry -- move on get the fishing rod back out and find the one that is truly for you -- because she is still out there. Good Luck

Try thinking of good things and getting your mind off of her. Then do something that you like to do. But know that she hated to do with you. You can also write down things that you disliked about her. Do something in general that will make you feel better and forget about her. Or you can go to the movies or to the mall and try and meet some new girls.

Forget her. She obviously dumped you because she didn't like you that way anymore, so there's no point on having feelings for her. Just hang out with your friends and maybe you'll meet someone else. :)

All i can tell you to do is get over her. I know you probably heard this before but there are "other fish in the sea." In other words there is probabaly fifty million girls that could like you all you have to do is get over this one girl! and you can always tell your ex-girlfriend how you feel. Good Luck!!!!

If you still love her you will respect the fact that she's trying to move on, and move on yourself. If she broke up, she wants it to be over, so dont make this harder for her by dragging it on trying to get her back. That will only make this more painful for BOTH of you.

Well you can try to persuade her otherwise but that shows desperation!
Move on, you'll get over it. Sure you can cry and feel heartbroken but that passes. Be a man and accept she is not the one for you.
Harsh but true

Take some time to mourn your lost relationship then give yourself a gift and move on.
You move on by finding something(s) in your life that interest you or you'd like to do....then do it.
