That the reason she won't go out with you because you want to make her! If she is dating someone else then she is not interested in you. Have she showed you any interests or have she given you any idea that she wants to go out with you. If the answer to these questions is no then what does that tell you. The only thing I can tell you is to be her friend the best friend that she ever had and the one she is with falls and messes up then be there to pick her up and you will have gotten what you want!

Get a military cut a new sporty convertible and ask her if she needs a ride. Drop her off get her number call her go on a date make out and then ask her out when you drop her off that night. also if your fat you may need to loose weight before any of that.
