Is having a low BSL (blood sugar level) an indicator of anything? I tend to have them as apposed to high ones and on rare occasions it has made me feel like i am going to pass out. I know having high blood sugar is usually a sign of diabetes but does low BSL signify anything? Usually when I feel this way i just eat/drink something with sugar in it.

YES low bsl can also signify diabetes. Any time things are out of whack you should go to the doctor for testing!!!Low blood sugar can cause you to pass out, and eventually lead to a possible coma. GO to the Doctor!!

i had that at the age of 14-15 and only few sweets in my pocket saved me lots of trouble. For about 3-4 years it was a real trouble for me. Lots of people told that it is serious, very serious indeed. but by the age of 19 it was over. It is always good to check with a doc BUT again pfarmacy doing very well on the medicines for diabetics. during my first pregnancy I did have low sugar level again and used some herbal tea (don't remember the name. it was lots of herbs- that's for sure!)
