its simple make small talk wen you pass her in the hall or something say hey wats up or something like that and eventually wen you get her to like kno of you then you can start talking to her but start with something small like how was your day or did you do good on the test or something like that and eventually wen you get to be semi friends then you can get the courage to ask her out

ya..it would be a good idea to introduce yourself...i know you may be a little shy about it probably but its ok something good might come out of it. You may not need to have to talk about anything right away really. Try to make a good first impression and things will just go from there...Good luck :)

Introduce yourself to her. Say hi. my names is_____, I am new here. Nice to meet you. Then if she is polite she will introduce herself and it can go from there.
