go to the doctor first of all. it might be no big deal and he can prescribe sumthin to alleviate the problem. This sounds like a bad ordeal that you've let go by for too long and you shouldnt let yourself suffer like that. It may be nothing big but you never know in case it is bad at least the doctor may find the problem b4 things get worse.

good luck!!!

Excruciating pain and bleeding is something that your parents need to know about immediately so they can make an appt for you to see a doctor. Letting this go for a year is not good for your body or for you at such a young age. Please tell your parents to take you to the doctor. If you dont have adults in your life that you can trust, then tell your school nurse, call a clinic, or tell another adult. There are many things that could be causing this ranging from okay to serious, so you need to get seen! Dont try and treat this yourself, okay? talk to an adult, and get to a doctor!!

It could be something small that you fix with diet. I would not eat more greens. I would go to the doctor. The only way to truly know what is going on, is to go to the doctor and let then run some tests. Rectal bleeding could be serious. Most important, stay calm. Any worry will only make your stomach work overtime and could make it worse.

Have you tried adding fibre to your diet in the form of bran? Like muffins, or cereal? Maybe even try metamusal type stuff. Ultimately I would go and talk to your doc 'cause any type of rectal bleeding should be seen by a physician.

You need to ask your parents to make an appt. for you to see the Dr. immediately. Chances are it's nothing serious. You need to drink 8 glasses of water and day and you may need to take a stool softener. But you need to see the Dr. to be safe.
