Well, since women, especially like myself, can be stereotyped as being fickle, I'd have to say that according to her mood she'd want either or even a mixture of both. When a woman is not as experienced, she usually goes for the hot/sexy guy but then later, when she realizes her misfortunes with that "type", she'll think the grass is greener on the other side and want to go for the sweet type. I think that's when she usually realizes that she should have done that in the first place. But remember, everything can go both ways. It just takes one way to go kinda badly before people realize that the other way can go so much more smoothly. A smart woman would go for the sweet guy. And wouldn't you rather be with a smart woman anyway?

Cute guy with a sweet personality. Looks fade. Plus once you're really in love, or have strong feeling for that person, looks don't matter anymore. I've known a lot of so so looking guys, but once I got to really know them, I thought they were very attractive. I've also known super hot guys, that were complete idiots, and I no longer thought they were hot.

Well, to tell you the truth...
For something like a one time thing or a party or something= hott/sexy
Long lasting relationship= cute
But I would prefer hott/sexy AND a great personality :)
