how old shold i be to have a boyfriend? girls in my grrade started to go out a little bit, but not EVERYBODY is. i just dont know when is approraite help meee!!!!

you don't need to have a BF...especially not cuz all ur friends r.
anyways wait until high school at least and still u don't need to be serious with any one guy, u r young, live it up while u have the chance. I had a BF by 14 and a baby by 16....live your life and have fun...there is time for BFs much later...get an education and good job first....stay focused

When it feels right. I think you can start innocently dating around fourteen or fifteen. By innocently I mean like go out to the movies, experience a first kiss, but i don't mean like have sex every night. You should seriously wait to have sex. But I think you should be old enough to understand that you don't need a boyfriend or to worry about it.

Depends on if you are ready, i mean and really if you don't really like someone there isn't any reason to rush into having a boyfriend!! lol I had my first one at the age of 12, which was last year, anyway it all depends!!

Whenever you feel it's ready.It also helps if your parents think it's okay.I say around 13 maybe.Give or take a few years.It depends on the individual.And don't date just so you won't be left out.Do it when you're ready.

no one knows when is appropreate time for you to start dating. it is different for everyone. just go for it! if you feel uncomfortable than you are not ready. then that means you've gotta wait for a certain time. and no, i do not know how long it will be. just do what you think it's the best for you.

My youth leaders have always said to wait until 16, because a person isn't mature enough before then.

well again im your same age but i had my first boy friend in 5th grade. if you really liek someone and they like you then def. do something but you cant let people push you into things. people at my school are always pushy and make you sit next to him or make you hug and with everyone watching it can be uncomfortable its up to you though. good luck !
