I need to know how to publish it so they might get to read it?
is there an address i can send it to for help.or a Website.

take a look at www.americasupportsyou.mil and just google support sites a lot of them will post stuff on their websites for you. In fact i used to do this very thing before i got married (when i had more time) If all else fails build your own website and get it posted i'm sure the guys (and gals) will love it.

Type THE EXPRESS PAGE then clck create/update home page
Type the title of your pome then on your home page type the pome add some decorations then go to a lot of home pages in their guest book post your pome site then every one will see the pome.
Ps. not every one has a guestbook.

Thank you, I am a disabled american vet. The best way to do it is to contact a high ranking red cross official or even your local DAV (disabled american veterans) or VFW (veterans of foreign war).

I don't know aboy\ut publishing, but you could submit it to this site and also send it to the troops, from here. They all view this site daily
