It depends what your squeamish about, i take it, it's something like needles or getting blood taken? Best way is to think about something else you like, look away when whatever you don't like is happening,take deep breaths and take someone with you who can be there to comfort you. You could also take something herbal to help relax you like rescue remedy or kalms tablets or something.Don't worry it's never usually as bad as it seems.

Try talking yourself through the situation. Breath deep and relax as much as you can. If it's something you don't want to look at, don't. If you can, try to mentally prepare yourself. Try not to focus on passing out.
